In Singapore, Fisichella gets aquainted with a "twitchy" Ferrari
In the nightime Grand Prix in Singapore, Giancarlo Fisichella carried on with the hard task of getting to grips with his new Ferrari F60, that unfotunately did not lead to him improving the result gained at Monza, mostly due to the "twitchy" on track behaviour of the car. The OIKOS ambassador, after a difficult session of official testing, drove a race that was always going to be an uphill battle: from starting from the back end of the grid, Giancarlo took the chequered flag in the 13th place, a result that looked to be the best possible result considering the situation and given the traction problems that also blighted his team partner Raikonnen (who has constantly been competitive in the last few Grand Prix), but who knows the car much better. In the end of race interviews, Fisichella expressed his dissapointment regarding his final placing but satisfaction for having been able to get a greater feel for the Ferrari ready for the possibilty to get straight back to work to obtain a better result on the difficult track at Suzuki.
